Staging instructions for all Motorcycles prior to the Parade

For all M/C:  

 

Registration is not necessary for motorcycle riders or clubs. However, if you wish your name to be announced, please fill out a registration form from the VCA. This is read prior to the start of the parade by our parade announcers. Thank you.

 

Hub City Chapter ABATE of Oregon, Inc. will be providing personnel beginning at 0800 parade morning to waive all m/c into the area to form up. Please follow their directions.

 

*   M/C staging opens at  0800  *   Kickstands up at: 1055   *    Parade starts promptly at: 1100 

 

Arrive going west bound on Pacific Blvd -  take the 7th Ave off-ramp.

 

Form up on 7th Ave. SE- keeping to the north side of 7th Ave.  one lane must be kept clear.

 

Line up - First in - First out -  Saving spots is highly discouraged. 
 

The Patriot Guard Riders lead off the parade w/ the area Ride Captain heading up this group 

 

Following the Patriot Guard Riders, all other m/c and individual riders will follow, again, first in, first out.

We thank you for keeping a slow steady pace once on the parade route.

Caution - The ramp from 7th Ave back onto Pacific Blvd is a 90 degree corner heading West. Take with caution. 

 

If you are riding w/ inexperienced riders, please hang back or keep a close eye and help them out. 

This may included first time parade riders, new riders and/or very young riders. Thank you.

 

Note:

“Blue Rooms” will be located under the overpass on 7th Ave. S.E. and by the “On Ramp” at  7th Ave SE (Next to Albany Stoves)
